The Senior Associate, UKG, plays a key role in leading UKG implementation workstreams, focusing on products like UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver UKG-related projects by developing and applying project management standards and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of relevant UKG consulting experience with certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related fields.
• Expertise in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, Analytics, and Mobile Solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
