The Senior Associate, UKG plays a key role in leading UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementation workstreams across products like UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions. The position develops and applies project management standards and tools, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation workstreams for UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
• Develop and apply project management standards and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
