Senior Associate, UKG

About the role

The Senior Associate, UKG leads workstreams for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementations, including UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions. The role emphasizes developing and applying project‑management standards and tools while maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams for UKG product implementations.
• Develop, refine, and apply project‑management standards and tools.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, integrity, and professionalism standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Information Technology).
• Certifications in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and analytics.
