Senior Associate - ServiceNow

About the role

The role involves providing expertise in ServiceNow implementations, leading planning and execution of workstreams across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client workshops to understand complex needs
• Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Leading on‑shore and off‑shore teams in delivering agile‑based projects
• Evaluating platform performance
• Debugging software issues
• Ensuring development standards
• Preparing progress reports for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years managing large enterprise systems with extensive ServiceNow experience
• Certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and relevant modules
• Proficiency in customizing workflows and scripting with JavaScript
• Leadership experience in managing teams and delivering agile projects
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to work independently
• Travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus on IT service management, discovery, risk, or vulnerability modules
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
