About the role
The role involves providing expert guidance for ServiceNow implementations, leading planning and execution across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM domains.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client workshops to translate complex needs into technical requirements
- Lead on‑shore and off‑shore teams to deliver agile projects
- Evaluate platform performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure adherence to development standards
- Prepare project reports and advise stakeholders
- Customize workflows using JavaScript to develop tailored solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years managing enterprise systems with extensive ServiceNow experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSA and others in ITSM, Discovery, or Risk Management)
- Proven track record of successful implementations
- Strong leadership skills in delivering agile projects
- Technical expertise in platform customization
- Ability to work independently
- Travel may be required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
