Senior Associate, ServiceNow in a consulting environment, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM implementations.
Responsibilities
- Leading planning and execution of ServiceNow engagement workstreams, providing expertise and guidance.
- Conducting client workshops to present best practices and translating complex needs into technical requirements.
- Managing on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based project components.
- Evaluating platform performance, debugging issues, and recommending solutions.
- Reviewing development content for adherence to standards and customizing workflows using JavaScript.
- Preparing reports on project progress and advising stakeholders for decision-making.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum three years managing enterprise systems, with at least three years specifically managing ServiceNow in ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience completing at least one ServiceNow full implementation with current certifications, such as CSA and relevant CIS modules.
- Proficiency in leading agile teams and customizing workflows using JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work legally within the U.S. without sponsorship.
