Senior Associate - ServiceNow

About the role

Providing expert guidance on ServiceNow implementations, leading planning and execution across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM domains.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to identify needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams to deliver agile projects.
• Evaluate platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure adherence to development standards.
• Prepare progress reports and advise stakeholders.
• Uphold professional integrity within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Full implementation experience and current ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow System Administration – CSA).
• Experience customizing workflows with JavaScript.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
