Senior Associate, IT Due Diligence, M&A/Strategy

This role is for a Senior Associate in the Advisory practice, focusing on IT-related deal advisory, integration, and separation processes. Key responsibilities include assessing and quantifying IT opportunities and risks,developing action plans and communicating findings in a non-technical manner,evaluating company IT performance for improvement and cost reduction,facilitating IT operations integration or separation from parent organizations,supporting offshoring activities and vendor renegotiations,collaborating with cross-functional teams on implementing solutions, and participating in final project deliverables presentations. Qualifications include a minimum of three years of external consulting experience or relevant industry experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience with significant IT projects such as ERP implementations, IT outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades. Technical expertise should encompass at least two areas, such as enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-outs, process reengineering, offshoring, or outsourcing. Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize diverse tasks. Willingness to travel and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are required.
