Role Overview: A Senior Associate in the Advisory practice focuses on assessing and managing IT-related opportunities and risks during deal integrations and separations. The role involves evaluating company IT performance, developing improvement plans, facilitating IT organization integration or separation, and supporting offshoring and vendor negotiations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the senior associate helps implement solutions and contributes to final project deliverables. Key Responsibilities Assess and communicate IT due diligence findings in a clear, non-technical manner.Develop strategies to optimize IT operations, reduce expenses, and improve performance.Support IT integration and separation activities, including offshoring and vendor renegotiations.Collaborate with teams to implement technical solutions and present project outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years external consulting or relevant experience in technology/business transformation projects.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Experience in significant IT initiatives such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades.Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, including enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger IT integration, carve-out separation, process reengineering, offshoring, or outsourcing.Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with an executive presence.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with diverse teams.Willingness to travel as needed.
