Senior Associate, IT Due Diligence, M&A/Strategy

About the role

This role is for a Senior Associate in a strategic advisory practice focused on transformation and technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and quantifying IT-related opportunities and risks during deal advisory
• Evaluating company IT performance and developing improvement plans
• Facilitating IT operations integration or separation
• Supporting offshoring initiatives and vendor contract negotiations
• Working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Delivering final project presentations

Qualifications

• At least three years of external consulting or related experience
• A bachelor's degree
• Hands-on experience with major IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades
• Expertise in technical disciplines like enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-outs, or offshoring
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
