Senior Associate, IT Due Diligence, M&A/Strategy

The role involves supporting deal advisory integration and separation processes by assessing IT-related opportunities and risks, developing action plans, and communicating findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating company IT performance
• Facilitating IT integrations or separations
• Offshoring activities
• Vendor renegotiations
• Identifying improvements in IT governance and project selection

Qualifications

• At least three years of external consulting or relevant industry experience
• Proven track record in major IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades
• Technical expertise in at least two disciplines, including enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, or offshoring
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize diverse tasks
• Willingness to travel
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience driving significant IT business changes
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
