Senior Associate, IT Due Diligence, M&A/Strategy

About the role

A Senior Associate in the Advisory practice focuses on evaluating and managing Information Technology (IT) opportunities and risks during deal advisory processes, including integration and separation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assess IT performance and develop improvement and cost‑reduction plans.
• Facilitate IT integration or separation projects, including post‑merger integration and carve‑outs.
• Support offshoring initiatives and renegotiate vendor contracts.
• Identify and implement governance enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to final project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of consulting or related experience with a proven track record in major IT projects such as ERP implementations, IT outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Proficiency in enterprise systems, IT architecture, post‑merger integration, carve‑outs, offshoring, or outsourcing.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
