Senior Associate Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with administrative questions or route them to a financial advisor.
• Schedule member appointments for financial advisors, make reminder calls, and manage reviews and staff referrals.
• Assist in marketing retirement and investment services to credit union employees and members.
• Prepare seminar materials, manage mail, communicate changes, provide telephone coverage, prepare memos and correspondence, and manage calendars.
• Monitor and maintain supplies of marketing and compliance materials.
• Lead team efforts in planning member appreciation events, workshops, and local promotions.
• Stay updated on credit union products and cross-sell services.
• Coordinate newsletters, surveys, seminars, review letters, thank-you cards, milestone cards, and appointment forms.
• Set up member appointments, handle incoming mail, and provide administrative support for the retirement and investment services program.
• Ensure brokerage account paperwork is compliant and track staff referrals.
• Prepare and coordinate seminars and webinars, including room arrangements, document preparation, and attendee organization.
• Assemble new member file kits, complete applications, organize and maintain the client database, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company procedures.
• Maintain integrity and ethics in all member interactions and comply with Privacy Act directives.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School or Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales, or related experience.

Pay

Typical hiring range: $52,300.00 to $81,300.00 annually. Actual compensation determined by experience, skills, and knowledge.
