About the Opportunity

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Excellence and Pricing supports strategic pricing initiatives through data-driven analysis and insights. This role develops and maintains pricing models, analyzes commercial performance, and supports pricing governance to improve profitability and competitiveness. The position translates complex data into actionable recommendations for pricing, finance, sales, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise pricing data environments and pricing engines.
  • Integrate transactional, catalog, contract, cost, and customer data into pricing models.
  • Partner with business units and technology teams to define data requirements and maintain data quality.
  • Analyze pricing, win/loss, and margin data to identify opportunities, trends, and exceptions.
  • Support annual aftermarket catalog development and price-setting activities.
  • Contribute to pricing segmentation, frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes.
  • Build reports and dashboards that improve visibility into pricing performance.
  • Perform quality assurance, data reconciliation, and ongoing maintenance of pricing datasets.
  • Administer and govern sales incentive platform data.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to pricing, finance, sales, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • University degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and database management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with SQL or similar query languages.
  • Experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed financial analysis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $68,900–$131,100 annually.
