Collins Aerospace is looking to hire a Commercial Excellence and Pricing Senior Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise pricing data environment / pricing engine, bringing together transactional, catalog, contract, cost, and customer data.
  • Build and maintain value-based price models, support benchmarking and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with business units and Digital Technology group to define data requirements, validate source data, and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Analyze pricing, win/loss, and margin performance data to identify pricing opportunities.
  • Identify pricing exceptions, leakage, and opportunities requiring further investigation or business action.
  • Support annual aftermarket catalog development, analysis, and price-setting.
  • Contribute to pricing segmentation, frameworks, methodologies, and governance.
  • Build recurring reports and dashboards that improve visibility of pricing performance across the business.
  • Perform ongoing QA, reconciliation, and maintenance of pricing datasets and analytical outputs.
  • Support administration and data governance of the sales incentive platform.
  • Translate complex data and technical findings into clear insights for pricing, finance, sales, and business leadership.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, database management.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) as well as SQL or database query languages.
  • Experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed financial analysis with high attention to accuracy.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

  • University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, database management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and SQL or database query languages.
  • Experience with large datasets and detailed financial analysis.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
