Pay Range: $96,000 - $110,000 / year. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

About The Role

The Senior Analyst of Commercial Excellence will report to the Manager of Commercial Excellence. They will be responsible for analyzing and presenting data, optimizing processes, and supporting executive reporting. This role requires comfort working independently while contributing to a team environment, sharing insights, and collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an ownership mentality are key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret sales and performance data to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Support executive reporting through clear and concise data storytelling
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
  • Manage analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of outputs
  • Monitor key performance metrics and highlight risks or opportunities

Qualifications

  • Preferred: BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial analysis
  • Data analysis and reporting, including interpreting sales data and identifying trends
  • Experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced), Tableau, or Power BI (preferred)
  • Understanding of sales process optimization and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Project management and organizational skills with an ownership mindset
  • Adaptability and growth mindset in a fast-paced environment
