Senior Analyst, Account Strategy - Associate, Account Strategy
Position Summary
As an Associate, Account Strategy, you will support suppliers in delivering best-in-class advertising campaigns, collaborate with team members, and build skills in communication, analytics, and client service.
What you'll do...
- Campaign guidance, delivery, pacing, and performance monitoring
- Support day-to-day account operations, including troubleshooting issues and managing campaigns or account requests
- Aid in internal and external communications to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Support client onboarding by collecting relevant data and maintaining account trackers and organizational systems
- Provide excellent support to ensure suppliers have a best-in-class experience with Walmart Connect
- Partner with Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of supplier campaigns
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and processes
- Stay up to date on Walmart Connect products, digital media industry trends, and evolving advertising solutions
- Engage as a collaborative, solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media, ecommerce, or related field
- Understanding of traditional and digital media elements; familiarity with advertising channels such as social, display, mobile, search, and programmatic is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Desire to work in a client-facing role with a service-oriented mindset
Additional Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related area
- Option 2: 2 years’ experience in digital media, eCommerce, marketing and sales, or related area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related area
