About the Role

We're seeking a Senior AMS Field Enablement Activation Partner (Bilingual Spanish) to bridge the gap between field teams and our global enablement organization. In this role, you’ll work directly with sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas to accelerate skill development, drive adoption of enablement programs, and reinforce behaviors that enhance sales performance. You’ll serve as the critical link between the field and enablement, translating insights into action while ensuring programs are effectively activated, adopted, and measured. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the U.S., excluding Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary field activation partner for sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, leadership sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and field activations in both English and Spanish.
  • Drive adoption of global enablement programs by translating them into relevant, actionable experiences for field teams.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, and emerging enablement needs.
  • Deliver targeted enablement initiatives to improve seller productivity, accelerate ramp time, strengthen sales execution, and drive business outcomes.
  • Coach and reinforce sales methodologies, value-based selling approaches, messaging frameworks, and sales best practices.
  • Deliver enablement programs focused on onboarding, product launches, value messaging, sales methodology, and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate field feedback to ensure global programs address regional and team-specific needs.
  • Partner closely with enablement business partners, learning experience designers, leadership development teams, and product marketing to align enablement strategies.
  • Measure program adoption, learner engagement, and business impact, refining enablement approaches based on insights.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with field leaders and serve as an advisor on enablement priorities.
  • Travel throughout the Americas to support field teams, deliver programs, and strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Champion and model Samsara’s operating principles while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing enablement organization.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to facilitate training, deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in both languages.
  • 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with direct enterprise sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, sales meetings, and enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
  • Certification in at least one recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED, ValueSelling, or comparable framework).
  • Experience teaching, coaching, and reinforcing value-based selling methodologies and messaging frameworks (e.g., Command of the Message or similar).
  • 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to a field-facing enablement, sales effectiveness, or sales operations function.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of programs, methodologies, processes, or organizational initiatives across distributed sales organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how enablement influences sales performance and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with frontline managers, second-line leaders, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure adoption, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Americas as business needs require.

  • Experience as both an individual contributor and a frontline sales leader.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience partnering with global enablement teams to localize and activate programs for regional teams.
  • Experience supporting multilingual and geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, learning technologies, CRM platforms, and knowledge management systems.
  • A data-driven approach to measuring enablement effectiveness and business impact.
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives and driving adoption across large organizations.
  • Experience delivering programs focused on onboarding, value-based selling, sales methodology, leadership development, or product enablement.

Pay

Annual base salary range for this full-time position: $108,587—$146,000 USD. Base pay may vary depending on factors such as city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
