About the role
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is a confident and experienced member of the account management team, ready to implement and lead execution. The SAE serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign execution and client expectations and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward.
- Serve as the primary team interface with day-to-day clients and client internal stakeholders.
- Anticipate client needs (short-term/long-term) and proactively addresses issues.
- Lead client status calls and is accountable for client status reports and meeting recaps.
- Manage day-to-day business by ensuring that work is done on time and on budget.
- Prepare budgets and statement /scope of work plans.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Pharmaceutical agency experience required.
- Analytical skills needed to identify problems and solutions.
- Excellent communication and written skills, both internal and external.
- All communication is succinct, and next steps are clear.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
- High attention to detail and can set priorities with ease.
Qualifications
While not specified, a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000—$100,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
