About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will work with businesses with annual revenues between $250MM to $3B+. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, the ability to think independently, and a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close large-scale deals
- Engage with Enterprise customers to increase adoption of Amazon Business
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to think and act independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes (preferred)
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of B2B sales methodologies and techniques

Pay
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Base salary ranges are provided below:
- USA, MA, Boston - $113,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York - $124,400.00 - $176,400.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin - $113,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington - $113,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - $113,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
