About the role
Senior Account Executives are an integral component to the Amazon Business team. They drive the full sales life cycle of businesses with annual revenues between $250MM to $3B+, from prospecting to strategic account growth. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, including identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large scale deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close large-scale deals
- Engage with Enterprise customers to increase adoption of Amazon Business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive revenue and customer engagement
- Position and sell innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
- Excited to go above and beyond for customers while operating in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with change
Skills
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Schedule
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
