Selling Center Design Specialist

About the role

Join our team as a Selling Center Design Specialist at Tuff Shed! We offer comprehensive training and an hourly + commission compensation plan. As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS), you will be the liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will work on-site at a single Home Depot store, selling Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers and building relationships with store leaders and associates to generate leads and sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers at an assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage the sales pipeline by generating, tracking, and reporting new customer leads.
• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients at your assigned Home Depot store.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store.
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management tool to update customer interactions and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on Tuff Shed products.
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends is a must.
• Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Customer service experience is a big plus.
• A competitive drive and the ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as customer relationship management systems.

Pay

An hourly rate plus eligibility to receive earned commissions with possible earnings ranging between $45,000 - $65,000.
