Selling Center Design Specialist

About the role

Design your career at Tuff Shed! Join our team as a Selling Center Design Specialist. We offer comprehensive training and an hourly + commission compensation plan. You will be responsible for Tuff Shed sales at a single Home Depot location and receive commission on sales made at this location.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed.
• Work on‑site at a single Home Depot store, selling Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates to leverage customer traffic for leads and sales.
• Manage sales pipeline: generate, track, and report new customer leads.
• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
• Utilize the CRM tool to update customer interactions and next steps.
• Train Home Depot associates on Tuff Shed products.
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends is a must.
• Self‑direction and ability to work independently while building relationships.
• Customer service experience is a big plus.
• Competitive drive.
• Ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
• Proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software such as CRM systems.

Pay

Hourly rate plus eligibility to earn commissions, with possible total earnings ranging from $45,000 to $60,000.

Schedule

Work on‑site at the assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings; weekend work involves planning, coordinating, and attending store events.
