We offer comprehensive training and an HOURLY + COMMISSION COMPENSATION plan.

Responsibilities

• Sell Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers
• Build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates
• Generate leads and sales through employee and customer traffic
• Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store
• Update customer interactions and next steps using our Customer Relationship Management tool
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends
• Self-direction and the ability to work independently
• Customer service experience is a plus
• A competitive drive
• Ability to listen to customers and address their needs
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software

What’s in it for you?

An hourly rate plus eligibility to receive Earned Commissions with expected earnings ranging between $45,000 - $60,000 in the first year.
