About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time Badge Audit Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
  • Maintain access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain professional communication with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

  • Access control and badge experience.
  • Alarm panel experience.
  • Computer or tablet proficiency.
  • Driver's license (for driving positions).

Pay

$18.04 / Hour

Schedule

DayTime: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
