You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and deliver outstanding customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or campus partners by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe campus activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
