Security Officer Incident Response

About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive manufacturing location, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
