As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a prominent financial institution. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, communicate concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, financial institution policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the financial institution, surrounding property, parking areas, and perimeter.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns.
- Document patrol activity and incidents through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to designated personnel and/or emergency responders.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
