Security Officer Patrol Response

About the role

Award-winning Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Response in Arlington, WA. This position provides security and facility services to various tech-focused locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain vigilance and monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related matters according to site protocols.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
