Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Medina, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access-control procedures, and reporting of unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Requirements

• Hospital vaccines are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
