Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver

About the role
As a Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in De Soto, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns, hazards, or unusual activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
- Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and promptly while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
