Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Edmond, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports for security-related incidents and observations.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
