As a Dispatch Professional in a dynamic technology environment, you will monitor communication systems, coordinate security-related responses, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and data infrastructure location.
- Monitor and coordinate communications for incoming calls, alarms, service requests, and incident reports, documenting activity and notifying appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
- Dispatch security-related personnel and support resources in response to alarms, access concerns, visitor issues, and other critical situations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift handoff information while supporting access control and operational continuity.
Requirements
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
