Security Officer Driver Incident Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Incident Patrol in Southaven, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as healthcare. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures to maintain an orderly environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, providing clear reports to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.

• Wednesday: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM
• Thursday: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM
• Friday: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM
• Saturday: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM
