About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. This driving position supports a professional environment through clear communication and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related events.
Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- State, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Pay
$21.10 / Hour
Schedule
- Monday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
