Responsibilities

• As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Incident Support in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.
• As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while embodying Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while communicating relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
