Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and/or other assigned areas, assisting with visitor interactions, badge or credential checks, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.
- Support daily property operations by observing for hazards, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other concerns, then reporting findings through appropriate site procedures and incident reporting channels.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Schedule: DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
