Security Officer Driver Badge Verification
About the role
As a Security Officer Driver Badge Verification in Three Rivers, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor and verify entry and exit activity for personnel, vehicles, and/or deliveries at a chemical and petrochemical location, helping to support authorized access and report irregularities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, access points, and perimeter, with attention to security-related concerns, hazardous areas, and/or unusual conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs, badges, and/or visitor records while following post orders and reporting maintenance, policy, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
