What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Monitor access points and verify entry authorizations in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Document visitor activity, unusual events, and/or access-related concerns according to post procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a residential community location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
