What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and permissions, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in support of security-related operations at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, loading areas, and parking locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Support security-related screening and access procedures for deliveries, shipments, and restricted areas while following post orders and reporting concerns through established channels.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
