Security Guard Part Time Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Part-Time Security Guard Vehicle Patrol Driver in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s culture of agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and help maintain an orderly environment for patient care.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.46 / hour

• Friday: 09:45 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 09:45 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 09:45 PM - 06:00 AM
