Security Guard Part Time Patrol Driver

About the role

As an unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate property contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$19.50 / Hour

• Daytime
• Tuesday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wednesday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
