Security Guard Part Time Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and report observations promptly to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and relevant observations accurately in required reports and logs.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Wednesday: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Friday: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
