As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

$22.28 / Hour

DayTime Tue 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM, Sun 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM
