  • Compensation: commensurate with experience ranging from $69,000 - $86,000 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Assume overall responsibility for safety, security, and well-being
  • Conduct safety inspections, tests, and audits
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and terminate employees
  • Manage shift schedules and perform performance evaluations
  • Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication

What You Will Need

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Internal candidates: at least 2 years of experience as a SES Assistant Manager or SES Supervisor
  • External candidates: at least 3 years of experience in public safety leadership
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role
  • Emergency Medical Responder Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Professional Security Certification (CPP, PSP, CHPA preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months of hire
  • State of Maryland Security Guard Certification

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
