- Compensation: commensurate with experience ranging from $69,000 - $86,000 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility
How You Will Make an Impact
- Assume overall responsibility for safety, security, and well-being
- Conduct safety inspections, tests, and audits
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and terminate employees
- Manage shift schedules and perform performance evaluations
- Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication
What You Will Need
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Internal candidates: at least 2 years of experience as a SES Assistant Manager or SES Supervisor
- External candidates: at least 3 years of experience in public safety leadership
- Current and valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role
- Emergency Medical Responder Certification within 6 months of hire
- Professional Security Certification (CPP, PSP, CHPA preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- OSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months of hire
- State of Maryland Security Guard Certification
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
