Job Duties
- Manage multiple service requests across enterprise locations
- Oversee the enterprise security systems and maintenance service program
- Support training for security personnel and system end users
- Provide security systems service updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics
- Recommend improvements and technology enhancements aligned with the enterprise security strategy
- Support system integrations, upgrades, and platform migrations
- Ensure proper system commissioning, documentation, and turnover to operations teams
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, interoperability, and network connectivity
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 10 years of experience working with security systems, including service and maintenance across a broad spectrum of access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems such as Victor, Software House, Genetec, and Lenel
- C-Cure 9000 Advanced System Integrator Certification
- C-Cure 900 Advance System Manager Certification
- Strong understanding of enterprise security systems architecture and integration
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and IP-based security technologies
- Familiarity with regulatory and life safety requirements in healthcare or complex environments
- Working knowledge of low-voltage electronic security systems
- Working knowledge of network principles
- PSP - Physical Security Professional - American Society for Industrial Security
- GS - General Safety - OSHA
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years Experience and proven supervisory experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex service requests
- Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial acumen for project and services budgeting with cost control
Additional Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Lift and carry 25 lbs., frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
