Security Services Manager

Job Duties

• Manage multiple service requests across enterprise locations
• Oversee the enterprise security systems and maintenance service program
• Support training for security personnel and system end users
• Provide security systems service updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics
• Recommend improvements and technology enhancements aligned with the enterprise security strategy
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and platform migrations
• Ensure proper system commissioning, documentation, and turnover to operations teams
• Provide technical guidance on system architecture, interoperability, and network connectivity

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 10 years of experience working with security systems, including service and maintenance across a broad spectrum of access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems such as Victor, Software House, Genetec, and Lenel
• C-Cure 9000 Advanced System Integrator Certification
• C-Cure 900 Advance System Manager Certification
• Strong understanding of enterprise security systems architecture and integration
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure and IP-based security technologies
• Familiarity with regulatory and life safety requirements in healthcare or complex environments
• Working knowledge of low-voltage electronic security systems
• Working knowledge of network principles
• PSP - Physical Security Professional - American Society for Industrial Security
• GS - General Safety - OSHA

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years Experience and proven supervisory experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex service requests
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Financial acumen for project and services budgeting with cost control

Additional Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Lift and carry 25 lbs., frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
