Pay

Hourly range is $18.27-$24.00 per hour (made up of base + uncapped incentive potential)

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our seasonal customer service team! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding their ignition interlock devices (IID)—providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during our busy season. This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism
• Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction
• Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed
• Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed
• Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Provide an exceptional customer experience every time

Requirements

• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology tools
• Dependable and able to commit to a part-time, seasonal schedule
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)

• Must have high-speed internet and connect via ethernet cable and modem
