Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective, professional assistance and guidance
- Resolve customer issues and concerns through phone, chat, and email channels with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information, and address customer queries effectively
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles highly preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software/tool, such as FreshCaller and/or FreshDesk
- Must be able to work on-site in our Fullerton office Monday through Thursday
Work Schedules
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (5 hours per day, and 25 hours per week)
- Could work up to 30 hours per week occasionally

Pay
The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from ($18 to $20 per hour). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
