About the role
The Seasonal Chef Instructor at Sur La Table will be responsible for teaching cooking classes to customers in a fun and engaging manner. This position offers an opportunity to share your culinary expertise and passion for food.
Responsibilities
- Teach cooking classes to customers in a friendly and informative way
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during class demonstrations
- Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and answer questions about products
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience
- Experience teaching cooking classes or similar customer-facing roles
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
