About the role
The Seasonal Chef Instructor at Sur La Table will be responsible for teaching cooking classes to customers in a fun and engaging manner. This position is part-time and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Teach cooking classes to customers
- Engage and interact with customers during classes
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Adapt to customer needs and preferences
Requirements
- Must have a passion for food and cooking
- Experience in teaching or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
